Fixed issue where memory was calculated inappropriately for some instance types.
Fixed issue where uploaded datasets without an images/ directory would not show up in datasets list.

Fixed issue where a graph was not updated after a new link was created.
Fixed issue where a node showed duplicate inputs for inputs with "-" in the name.
Fixed issue with graph validation where an error wasn't being displayed for an invalid link.
Fixed an issue where an individual file thumbnail couldn't be pulled for a volume file.
